RETURN POLICY

Maibostars Distribution is committed to providing you with quality products, and we pledge to meet your expectations regarding our company. The customer's signature confirms that the received merchandise is complete and in good condition. The delivery slip will serve as the reference document.

How to return a product.

The product must be in its original packaging and unused to be accepted, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect. Returns must be made as soon as possible.

1- Contact our customer service via email or phone. Please request written authorization for the return.

2- Please provide the following information:

  • Type of products: bars or supplements

  • Format and flavor

  • Lot number

  • Expiration date

  • UPC code

  • Retailer

  • Address

  • Opened or sealed products

  • Date of the event

  • Photos

3- Return your item with the next product delivery following your new order.

4- Include the reason for the issue in the return document.

5- Damaged packaging and boxes in your warehouses are not returnable. Returned products must be in their original packaging.

6- Returned products must be in good condition at all times. Issue Protein bars and supplements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if they have been opened.

Any used product will not be accepted or credited.

Return Fees

All Bruny Surin Nutrition products are subject to a 10% return fee, excluding expired products, which may be charged on the invoice of the next purchase.

If an issue arises due to a manufacturing defect or packaging error, no fees will be charged.

Exchanges / Credit

We offer you the opportunity to exchange products during your next delivery. If you prefer a credit, this is also possible.

Expired Products

Please return all expired products with your next delivery.

An exchange or credit will be possible. Guarantees All products sold by Maibostars Distribution are guaranteed.

Protein Bars: 8 months

We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund. The return policy may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify it at any time.
